Hello,
Thank you for your ongoing support of our global community! Over these days, we have come together via messages, calls, and social media to support one another and our networks. Our CEO Bidjan Nashat shared this letter this week in our newseltter. We appreciate your ongoing engagement and renew our commitment to building bridges and inspiring emerging leaders.
A note from Atlas Corps CEO Bidjan Nashat, as shared in our recent newsletter:
During weeks like these, in which we are worried about peace in Europe, my thoughts are with my friends and our Community in Ukraine.
At Atlas Corps, our aim is to bring together young leaders from all over the world to develop self, develop others, and lead movements for positive change on the critical social issues of our time. And to stand in solidarity with and support each other in times of crises.
That is what we did on Monday by bringing together our global Community virtually, with people dialing in and representing five continents. We expressed our solidarity with our Ukrainian, and our Russian Community members who are out on the streets demanding an end to the war.
We, at Atlas Corps, believe that connecting young people across cultures, languages, and ethnicities while growing leadership skills in self and others, can help us to lead a movement for more understanding between people. If you have had the pleasure of talking with an Atlas Corps Leader (Fellows, virtual Scholars, or Alumni), you may have heard them share how this leadership experience transformed the way they think and act in the world.
Our commitment to creating more global connections and leadership development opportunities motivates Atlas Corps and is inspiring our current strategy process. We invite you to learn more and contribute to #AtlasCorps2025 at tinyurl.com/atlascorps2025.
Please also join me in celebrating our Community and in welcoming our Cohort 8 Scholars. Together, we are the Atlas Corps Community!
