Hello-
Wow - we continue to empower women globally and Thank YOU for helping to make it happen! Your involvement helps us to grow our diverse and driven community, which is now more than 750 Fellows from 95 countries.
Our supporters make it possible to welcome Tassia (Jamaica, Host: American Red Cross), who will be joining Atlas Corps Class 37 as one of the 11 out of 13 women Fellows! Tassia is an experienced communications specialist with a unique background in marketing, politics, entrepreneurship, and advocacy. Through her communications support role for Jamaica’s former Minister of National Security, she was able to impliment her passion for youth violence prevention. She helped support their violence prevention initiatives in vulnerable communities by leveraging community partnerships and social marketing for Ministry’s Unite for Change project. Tassia’s passion for change does not stop there, she is a dedicated supporter of gender equality, child rights, and using technology for social good. Over the years she has refined her craft through volunteering and working with various projects, some funded by international development organisations such as the World Bank, EU and the IDB.
Thank you for supporting Tassia, Class 37, and all our Fellows. Meet them at fellows.atlascorps.org.
Bonus - #GivingToday in October! Mark your calendars - Atlas Corps launches our annual #GivingToday campaign on October 1 - October 31. All donations are matched $1 for $1 for the first $20,000 raised. More details soon!
