Ascent Bootcamp

We are pleased to share continued progress from the 2025 Ascent Digital Bootcamp cohort. While the formal training session has concluded, our commitment to participants remains ongoing through structured follow-up, mentorship, and wraparound support. Follow up relationships are extremely important.

Continued Mentorship & Career Support

Participants from the 2025 session continue to receive:

• Ongoing mentorship and coaching to support career readiness and personal development

• Reference letters to strengthen job applications and employment opportunities

• Wraparound resources tailored to individual needs, including guidance on transportation, scheduling, and workplace readiness

Impact to Date

• 60% of participants are receiving ongoing mentorship.

• A total of 9 reference letters issued were issued from a class of 25 participants.

• 12 participants connected to wraparound services from a class of 30.

Education & Leadership Development

To support long-term growth, we are providing:

• Scholarship information to participants pursuing higher education or certification pathways.

• Curated leadership reading materials to encourage empowerment and responsible decision-making

• Online training opportunities is made available through partner organizations.

Workforce Exposure & Employment Outcomes

Through ongoing collaboration with employers and training partners, participants are gaining valuable exposure to career pathways and industry expectations.  Participants see opportunities in attainable ways.  We get to see them grow and build confidence!

Feedback from participants, employers, and parents continues to affirm the program’s impact. Stakeholders report that the tools, mentorship, and training provided through Ascent Digital Bootcamp are helping address real workforce needs and preparing young adults for meaningful career opportunities. Because of our invested time together and willing to walk alongside them after the program, we received 100% participant satisfaction.
