Sending a warm hello to our wonderful GlobalGiving family!
We are reaching out to share a heartfelt update on our last months at the Laboratorio de Artes Integradas. As you know, the earthquake on June 24th turned our world upside down, forcing us to cancel classes to keep everyone safe. It broke our hearts that we couldn't finish our school year and host our beloved "MostrArte" showcase inspired by The Odyssey, which the kids had worked so hard on. Yet, despite the hardship, we are filled with deep gratitude: every single one of our children, teachers, and staff members is safe and sound.
Knowing our entire community is safe brings us the strength we need to push forward. Right now, we are pouring our hearts into prepping for the upcoming school year. Even though money is tight, our passion for providing a creative, safe space for our kids hasn't faded one bit.
To help us reopen our doors as soon as possible, we need your support now more than ever. Every donation, no matter the size, makes a world of difference and brings us one step closer to welcoming our students back.
