In this second report of the year, we want to share the immense excitement and creative energy currently felt within the spaces of the Laboratorio de Artes Integradas. We are already in full preparation for our traditional "Quiero MostrArte", the Annual performance where all our artistic disciplines integrate to bring this event to life.
To stage a performance of this magnitude, our entire institution operates as a single, well-oiled machine driven by collaboration:
In theater, the script and actors are prepared.
In painting, drawing, and ceramics, the props and set design are created.
In singing and percussion, they set the rhythm for the project through musical arrangements.
In dance, the choreography is designed and the dance troupe is prepared.
In sewing, the character costumes are made, and the rest of the disciplines actively join in to participate in the details of the staging.
We happily announce that this year's performance will be "The Odyssey." We have adapted it as the journey of children through Venezuela. Through this great adventure, our students not only act but internalize an invaluable life lesson: the journey is just as important as reaching the desired destination.

En este segundo reporte del año, queremos compartir la enorme emoción y la energía creativa que se respira actualmente en los espacios del Laboratorio de Artes Integradas. Ya nos encontramos en plena preparación para nuestro tradicional "Quiero MostrArte", el gran acto de fin de curso donde todas nuestras disciplinas artísticas se integran para dar vida a este evento.
Para lograr un espectáculo de esta magnitud, nuestro programa se convierte en un engranaje donde el trabajo en equipo es clave: En teatro se prepara el guion y los actores; en pintura, dibujo y cerámica se realiza la utilería y la escenografía; en canto y percusiónle ponen ritmo al proyecto a través de los arreglos musicales; en danza se diseña la coreografía y se prepara el cuerpo de baile; en costura se confecciona el vestuario de los personajes, y el resto de las disciplinas se suman activamente para participar en los detalles de la puesta en escena.
Les adelantamos con mucha alegría que para esta ocasión se va a presentar la Odisea a la venezolana. La cual fue adaptada como el viaje de unos niños a través de Venezuela. Mediante esta aventura, nuestros estudiantes no solo actúan, sino que internalizan una lección de vida invaluable: el viaje es tan importante como llegar al destino deseado.
