Summer 2022 Activities, Spring Wrap Up, and more!

As we're well into the Summer, we at Arts For All want to share with you, our GlobalGiving community, some updates of what we have coming up for the Fall, give a wrap up of this past Spring of our core live, and more:

1) With our Artistic Residency Program we provided 277 in-person workshops and 44 virtual workshops in visual arts, narrative storytelling, poetry, multimedia projects, movement, drama, sculpture, and music, while serving 650 children in-person and 3,074 virtually between all of our ARP partners. This includes Corlears School, PS69, PS163, Renaissance Charter School in Jackson Heights, Weeksville Elementary, PS310, and Williamsnburg High School of Arts and Tech.

2) With our Literacy Through The Arts program we've been able to provide 435 in-person LTA workshops and17 virtual workshops in interactive storytelling, literature, dance, exploring different cultures, drama, and theater, serving approximately 361 children in-person and 366 virtually between all of our LTA partners. This includes both Renaissance Charter Schools in Jackson Heights and Maspeth, PS15, and PS163. We also maintained out three 15 video part series for Grades K, 1, and 2 (one per grade), which we created last school year and distributed to school partners where we could not deliver live time residencies to.

3) As we're now into July we've begun planning our 2022-2023 school year, and are getting ready to take part in GlobalGiving's annual July Bonus Day, which will be on Wednesday July 20th from 9am ET till 11:59pm ET. Please be sure to join us on that day and give a contribution to Arts For All through our main GlobalGiving campaign if you're able to, as certain donations will be matched 30%-50% by GlobalGiving during the hours mentioned above!

To read more about how donations will be matched by GlobalGiving, please refer to their terms and conditions here: https://www.globalgiving.org/leaderboards/july-bonus-day-2022/info/

And finally as always, thank YOU for always supporting our organization, what we do, and we hope you are all enjoying your summers!

Sincerely,

Felix Miguel Reyes
