As part of the Art for Our Future initiative, we recently organized a pedagogical outing for participants from the Fortified Learning Environment (FLE) Unit, including tutors, community mentors, and school coordinators. This event, held at Lakaz Flanbwayan, provided an enriching opportunity for personal renewal and professional reflection.
The day was dedicated to encouraging meaningful discussions on their practices, sharing experiences, and exploring ways to enhance their educational approach. The serene and inspiring environment of Lakaz Flanbwayan greatly contributed to this moment of growth.
One of the unique aspects of Facilit'Art is the integration of empowering and participatory approaches throughout the program. Participants are encouraged to experience and assimilate these methods on an ongoing basis, ensuring a true transformation in their educational practices. This comprehensive program aims to prepare the participants of the FLE Unit to create enriching and inclusive learning environments, where every child can flourish.
