“Arropando de esperanza a Puerto Rico”
From January to March 2020
During the earthquake emergency period from January to march 2020, we were identifying families to provide basic supplies and urgent items. In this process we were identifying other needs, since many of them were sleeping in tents or outdoors, for the fear that the roofs of their houses would collapse due to the constant tremors. As part of the most pressing needs, were the blankets and mattresses, so we took on the task of buying and distributing them. We also received donations of other supplies and we were able to distribute them to these families.
Thanks to your contributions, it was gratifying to be able to reach more than 200 families and attend to their urgent needs.
