Syunik's AI Movement

Summary

We're launching Armenia's regional AI education movement, starting in Syunik. With $60,000, we will teach 400 children (ages 10-16) and train 50 youth "AI Ambassadors" (ages 17-30) who will continue teaching in their communities. AI gives rural youth access to knowledge, creativity, and future jobs-without leaving home. Support us in bringing opportunity to Syunik and creating a model for all regions of Armenia.

Challenge

Why Syunik, Why Now Syunik is Armenia's backbone - geographically, strategically, and socially. Yet many of its youth face a stark dilemma: leave the region to find modern education, or stay and fall behind. For the young people of Syunik, AI is not just technology - it is: 1. access to global knowledge 2. a way to strengthen their communities 3. a bridge between rural life and world-class opportunities

Solution

Our Integrated Program (Two Pillars) Pillar 1 - AI Education for Children (Ages 10-16) 3-week Offline Program 7 Classes Target: 400 Children Impact: Rural children gain the same opportunities as urban peers - without leaving Syunik. Pillar 2 - "Syunik AI Ambassadors" Program (Ages 17-30) 4-week Hybrid Course 8 Classes 50 Youth Ambassadors Co-organized with HyeTech and designed by reArmenia Academy, this program trains motivated young adults to become local AI educators and champions.

Long-Term Impact

This project creates a lasting impact by building a self-sustaining AI learning ecosystem in Syunik. Children gain future-ready skills, while trained AI Ambassadors continue teaching their communities. Over time, this strengthens local education, inspires youth to stay and lead, and becomes a model for other regions. The program can grow into a nationwide movement that empowers Armenia's next generation.
