The Home Floor Corporation carried out a construction of a Comprehensive Service Center: A Place to fulfill dreams of 5, executed in two stages. The first stage consists of 3 floors, in order to serve 500 children, adolescents and young people from the department of Antioquia and the city of Medellín and its metropolitan area, who are in a situation of abandonment, abuse or violence, in the that we will offer 5 programs: formal education (primary and secondary), therapeutic care, training for young people, an innovation laboratories and a music room. The second stage consists of building the 2 missing floors, which will be used to build new classrooms for the benefit of the 50 children and adolescents that the Home Corporation serves as boarding school at its headquarters.
Currently we have the house lot, soil study, structural design, architectural design and building licenses.
The Londoño Gómez company of the city of Medellín, dedicated to the development of real estate projects throughout the Country, within its area of social responsibility and voluntarily without any cost, at the beginning of April 2021, elected to the Corporación Hogar to accompany and advise her on all aspects of project management and marketing.
With the support of the Londoño Gómez company, all the previous studies and the construction license were reviewed. Quotations were made for the missing designs such as: electrical, hydrosanitary and bioclimatic design.
Given that the pandemic has generated a large impact on construction worldwide, it was necessary to adjust the budget that was had with this new value. The total cost of construction is:

In terms of economic resources, the Home Corporation has its own resources destined for construction and implemented various commercial strategies to manage new resources and thus be able to achieve the collection goal. In this way, 2021 ended with the following resources that will be used for construction:
