3.1 Learning Squared 4th Annual Back-To-School Book Ride Campaign
Learning Squared team is excited to announce the launch of its 2023 Back-to-School Book Ride Campaign. This year, our team is embarking on a mission to distribute essential school and learning materials to 250 students across 6 schools in 4 counties in Liberia, including Margibi, Montserrado, Bong, and Bomi. Private and public schools in rural Liberia will benefit from the campaign. Our commitment to support access to education for underserved children and communities remains unwavering; this initiative is a testament to our dedication.
The campaign was launched at the DWI school in rural Montserrado on September 17, 2023. Fifteen students received backpacks full of learning materials, including pens, pencils, notebooks, and erasers. We recognize families' immense challenges on the brink of survival in Liberia. Our initiative serves as a beacon of hope, delivering much-needed school supplies and conveying a powerful message of support.
At Learning Squared, we firmly believe every child deserves an equal opportunity to learn and succeed, regardless of their circumstances. In 2023, our efforts are directed towards six deserving schools in Liberia: D. W. Institute Elementary School, Kingdom Builder Elementary, St. Eaffa School, Agape Elementary and Junior High School, and Minor Community School. These educational institutions are not just buildings but guiding lights illuminating the path to knowledge and education for countless. The campaign is expected to continue throughout September and October 2023
3.2 Recommendation and Conclusion: Thanks and appreciation to our supporters, donors, GlobalGiving, Local communities, and school for their commitment to the project's successful implementation. Learning Squared Liberia is open to working with all children of Liberia, Mostly the underprivileged children in rural Liberia.
