The future of animal welfare looks a lot like this.
These young animal lovers spent time helping puppies alongside our new Kindness Patrol.
They offered gentle hands, curious minds, and open hearts.
Children are born with empathy.
What they learn from us is where to direct it.
They learn from the examples they see. They learn whether animals are to be ignored or protected, feared or understood, valued or forgotten.
Every time a child is encouraged to show kindness to an animal, a seed is planted.
A seed that can grow into compassion, responsibility, and respect for all living beings. Perhaps this is where a more compassionate future begins.
The way we treat animals is not only a reflection of who we are—it is a lesson we pass on to the next generation.
We were able to provide immediate lifesaving vaccines, parasite treatments, and worming. Any animals requiring further help, such as surgery or extensive care were brought to Center of Hope hospital and later returned when healthy.
