Graduation Outcomes Report 2025

By Elianne Kremer | Head of Fundraising and Donor Relations

The 2025 Graduation Project, encompassing both BT and FINEST programs, demonstrates strong performance across key educational indicators and reflects the continued consolidation of the educational model.

Student classroom attendance reached 91%, showing a high level of engagement and consistent participation throughout the academic year. Teacher attendance remained stable at 90%, reinforcing the reliability and continuity of the educational process.

The annual promotion rate stood at 87%, indicating effective academic support systems and sustained student progression. This reflects the institution’s capacity to accompany diverse learning trajectories and ensure successful completion of academic milestones.

A key outcome indicator is that 87% of graduates are either studying and/or working, highlighting the relevance of the educational approach and its alignment with further education and labor market opportunities. Notably, this figure includes graduates from both BT and FINEST, expanding the scope of impact compared to previous years.

Additionally, the project achieved a significant milestone in experiential learning, with a total of 120 formative practices (PF) implemented. This represents a substantial expansion of learning opportunities in real-world contexts, strengthening the connection between education and the professional environment.

Overall, the 2025 results demonstrate a solid and evolving educational proposal, characterized by high engagement, effective academic progression, and strong post-graduation outcomes. The increase in formative practices further underscores a strategic commitment to applied learning and employability, reinforcing the program’s impact and relevance.
