By the spring semester of 2022, an egg project has been launched for 11 years. A total of 577 schools have been supported and benefited. A total of 431,219 teachers and students have been able to eat an egg every school day, and a total of 44,591,138 eggs have been eaten! This season's execution is as follows:
In the spring semester of 2022, as one of the partners of Shanghai United Foundation, Yongning Student Aid Organization of Lijiang implemented an egg project in Ninglang County, Lijiang City, Yunnan Province, covering 11 primary schools and village schools, with a total of 1,330 teachers and students. Thanks to the attention and support of donors from all over the country, an egg project has been successfully carried out, and children in rural schools have gained more nutrition and health protection because of a small egg every day.
This academic year, Yunnan Sunshine Community Development Center, as the hub of the project in Yunnan, led 12 frontline partner organizations to deliver more than 2.4 million eggs to more than 11,000 teachers and students, benefiting more than 2.4 million teachers and students.
This school year, the "One Egg" project has been introduced into half of Yunnan Province, including Kunming, Qujing, Dali, Nujiang, Chuxiong, Diqing, Zhaotong and Lijiang. This school year our children are taller, older, healthier and happier; This school year, we still stick to the post, in order to continue to give children long-term energy and beauty.
