A new term, a fresh start
What a summer it's been. In June, our young musicians took to the stage at Cadogan Hall to celebrate thirteen years of Nucleo music-making. In case you haven't seen it yet, you'll find a clip from the night at the bottom of this newsletter.
After a long summer break, it's now time for everyone to get back into shape for the new term, and lessons are underway again. There's a real buzz across our sessions: returning students are picking up where they left off, and new faces are taking their very first steps with an instrument. It's one of the most exciting times of the year for our teachers, and for us.
70 new students! We've already welcomed 70 new students this school year. For many of them, it's the first time they've held an instrument, and the start of what we hope will be a lifelong relationship with music. At Nucleo, students have the chance to choose any orchestral instrument - click the video link below to find out what some of our students play!
Thank you
Every lesson, rehearsal and first note is possible because of your support. Thank you for being part of Nucleo's story and for believing that every young person deserves the chance to make music. We'll keep you posted as the term unfolds.
