In Brazil there is a growing deficit of training of technology professionals, this can contribute to the slowdown of the development of various segments of the economy. The scarcity of programmers raises costs and generates disputes between companies for qualified talents, resulting in high market volatility, with programmers often exchanging employment. It is necessary that since basic education, in public schools, students will be oriented on this promising market.
The project aims to generate social mobility by enabling young talents, public school students, especially those in vulnerable situations, interested in technology. In addition to addressing the waste of talent, it seeks to promote systemic and continuous changes for social impact. It collaborates in the mitigation of the scarcity of skilled labor in technology, promotes equal access and contributes to the reduction of poverty, democratizing knowledge in a broad network of transformation.
