In October 2022 a young beneficiary of our organization was diagnosed with Marfan Syndrome, requiring extended therapeutic intervention to give him the best outlook for his future. We need your help in covering the cost of therapies, devices and equipment required over the coming years. While we can't be sure of the exact costs our initial target of $3500 is to cover a year of his medical insurance costs. In October 2022 a young beneficiary of our organization, Alexander, was diagnosed with Marfan Syndrome. This syndrome has extensive negative impact on the connective tissues in his body. A problem which becomes severely exaggerated during teenage growth spurts (an age which Alex is fast approaching). Urgent and early intervention is required at quite a considerable cost, well beyond the scope of our organization's current budget constraints.
Through the collective generosity of supporters the burden of the medical insurance fees and various therapies, devices and equipment required to help correct and prevent any further physical challenges for Alex as he is about to go through puberty, will be significantly lightened. This will help us to focus on keeping him emotionally supported and mentally equipped to face the rigorous and daunting process that lays ahead.
