Hi there,
With your support, Khelghar program is growing and engaging young students with its unique model of contextual learning. In line with the aim of Khelghar program to build bridges between classroom teaching and external environment by stimulating young minds, we are redefining our curriculum to maximize the learning impact currently with the goal of developing a scalable and replicable model.
Last months have been truly exciting for us. With the help of your very kind and generous gift to Akshara via GlobalGiving, we could organize many activities for our students and teachers. Some of the fun events and activities we conducted were: Rakhi making and other fun workshops, visit to MUWCI campus for a day, etc. We also care about the overall health and well-being of these children, so health camps were also organized for them.
UWC day also gave our students at MUWCI an opportunity to interact with the young students in village schools in Mulshi. It was a very engaging day-long activity on this day and gave a wonderful opportunity to re-engage and nourish the bond we share with the community around the campus. Please find the photos here with this report. For any questions, please write to us at supportakshara@muwci.net.
Thank you again for your support!
