Project of mobilization of young people from low-income communities who spread AIDS information using theatre techniques.
This project targets young people from low-income communities in northeast Brazil and trains them in theatre, puppet theatre, song and dance, and AIDS and STD’s.
To search and identify the youths; to select and mobilize the organizations that will participate; to strength the GAPA’s theatre group; and to present the GAPA’s plays in different communities.
To mobilize young people from low-income communities to become peer educators in their communities and to spread AIDS information through performances.
