The idea aims to provide access to basic needs including nutritious food, school materials, healthcare support, and Psychological care. To strengthen child protection through community awareness and caregiver training. By promoting education, health, and safety, empowers children to regain hope and resilience.

Challenges
- Lack of monthly donations.
- Lack of friends and donors from USA and UK help me to raise money
- Lack of volunteers from the USA and UK to raise money for our project or organization.
- Lack of staff from the USA or UK to help spread the message to donors
- The challenge of not reaching our goal of raising $25,000 within 12 months
Lesson learned
- Most GlobalGiving donors are from USA and UK; they feel more emotionally connected to their local projects; that why the projects in Africa, Asia, and Latin America may receive fewer spontaneous donations.
- Some corporate matching campaigns prioritize US/UK-based nonprofits.
- Organizations in East Africa often having fewer resources for online campaigns, social media, and donor engagement compared with US/UK partners.
- Competitive pressures: Projects from large, well-known NGOs or those with strong marketing tend to attract more donors. But a smaller East African community-led initiatives can be overshadowed without significant promotional support.
Opportunities
- The opportunity of being on the Global-Giving platform that helps us meet friends, project leaders, volunteers, donors, Companies and organizations that may help us raise funds.
