Dear friends,
We are happy to inform you that we have raised close to $7,500 from more than 40 donors for our “Affordable Education for International Students” project. Appetite comes with eating! No wonder that we are now even more eager to be able to support more international students to study at AUBG! We have therefore extended our deadline for this project until the end of March when we will be awarding the scholarships funded via our GlobalGiving campaign. We will thus provide for more time for donations to increase and take advantage of participating in GlobalGiving’s matching campaign upcoming in March. Keep an eye on our project – even a small contribution matters a lot!
We take this opportunity to most heartily thank everyone who has contributed to this project and we hope we can count on your support in the future again! While the amount we have raised so far is substantial, we still have a long way to go and less time to reach our target. We want to encourage you to consider donating again and to spread the word to help us make education at AUBG more affordable for our international students. Remember that their challenge is harder the further away from home they are.
