We are creating a wonderful opportunity for the public to " adopt a donkey" to help Mayday and his mom this Mother's Day. By donating towards our project you will be helping provide much needed care to vulnerable donkeys at our horse care unit. The care of a donkey per month costs $80 and every cent donated will allow us to provide feed, veterinary treatment and care to our precious donkeys and their foals.
Our Horse Care Unit is dealing with an influx of donkeys as drought and financial strain is seeing many of these beautiful animals being abandoned by their owners. We desperately require support for our donkeys - they often arrive suffering from motor vehicle accident injuries; starvation or abuse. We are creating a wonderful opportunity for the public to " Adopt a Donkey" and help them as they recover and learn to trust humans once more whilst in our care.
Funding for this project will enable our team to offer much needed care to 8 sick and injured donkeys that currently need our care. This project will enable us to provide much needed shelter and the correct nutrition to so many malnourished donkeys and their vulnerable foals.
Assist in the care and rehabilitation of at least 8 at risk donkeys this month. Our "Adopt a Donkey" project will ensure that they get a second chance at a happy life whilst receiving the care they so desperately need.
