Lilly Pond Foal Rescue will be able to house 2 more needy horses with the addition of 2 more stalls. That's 2 more horses or foals that won't have to suffer anymore neglect or abuse. We are located in Maryland and rescue 40-50 horses and foals per year.
Most rescues including Lilly Pond Foal Rescue have issues with both funding and having enough room and shelter for the needy horses in our area and under our scope.
This project will allow LPFR to house 2 additional Equines at this particular location and allow for horses that need to be stalled for medical reasons to have that place that is safe to do so.
Long term we will be able to help less ambulatory Equines or Equines that need a stall or safe place for treatment.
