Robert is a new Young Patients Educator at Africa Psoriasis Organization. When he was asked in an interview last month, why he wanted to join APSO, here is what he said;
"If I was to join APSO, I would encourage and empower the voice of young people in APSO and indeed those suffering from Psoriasis. I think service users such as young people, are the voice of the future. The care and support they receive now will inform the work they do in the future to help themselves and the organisation. If they have been given treatment now, they have a brighter start for their future. I think it will particularly be interesting for me to get involved in projects that would empower their voice, and fundraising models that will allow individuals to contribute towards their futures and see them flourish".
That is Robert for you! He is now incharge of Schools Psoriasis Education Programs begining January 2015.
Why not open year 2015 with a donation to welcome Robert to APSO Family.
