In the heart of Gaza, SmartAID, in collaboration with The Children's Village Gaza, launched a new school serving 500 Palestinian children, including orphans. Gaza's thousands of orphans face hunger, trauma, and a lack of safe spaces, but this together we are rewriting their stories to hope. This school, with Smurf themed murals, offers 500 children with two hot meals daily, quality education, emotional support, and medical care.
In Gaza, war has left tens of thousands of children, facing hunger, trauma, and a lack of education and medical care. Trauma from loss and violence goes untreated, schools don't operate, and medical facilities struggle with limited supplies.
SmartAID and The Children's Village Gaza offers a holistic haven providing two daily meals to fight hunger, emotional support to heal trauma, quality education to restore dreams, and medical care. By addressing food, psychological support, education, and medical needs together, this program offers a lifeline, turning survival into hope.
This holistic approach fosters skills and resilience, enabling them to pursue meaningful futures and contribute to Gaza's economy and community, breaking the cycle of poverty and despair. Expanding into a village, the program creates a scalable model of sustainable aid, inspiring broader change.
