Thank you very much for your support to our project helping girls in distress. The abuse of girls most often is not well-known as the trauma and shame accompanying it is present. Once we find this situation we help via our legal system. The good thing is that the government agency focusing on this is active and they always act on reports and try to remedy the situation. We provide assistance by the improvement of food security among very poor families where abuse most often occur. We do this by providing productive inputs to families who are mostly farmers and artisans by providing farming inputs like seeds, fertilizer, small farming tools. We also provide technical assistance to our beneficiaries especially in the area of improved farming techniques. We were able to assist 120 beneficiaries in this manner during this reporting period.
