Celebrating Achievements, Strengthening Paths

By Nancy Cabrera | Project leader

During this period, we continued to provide comprehensive support to our children and adolescents, strengthening their academic, emotional, and social development through activities that promoted interaction, family bonding, and preparation for the end of the school year.

 Activities Carried Out:

March

Following the Easter break, program activities resumed, continuing academic support and educational activities. This return allowed participants to resume their learning processes, strengthening their study habits and their participation in daily activities.

We also commemorated International Women's Day (March 8th) through age-appropriate reflective activities, promoting values such as equality, respect, inclusion, and the recognition of women's rights, fostering a culture of empathy and equity among children and adolescents.

April

We celebrated Children's Day with a day full of recreational activities, games, and social interaction designed to recognize the importance of childhood and promote safe spaces for joy, inclusion, and healthy recreation for all participants.

Also, this month we had the support of a new partner who made an unforgettable experience possible for our children and teenagers by opening the doors of a terrace with a pool to celebrate their day. This space allowed them to enjoy a day of recreation, socializing, and fun in a safe environment, creating memories that strengthened their emotional well-being and made them feel valued and loved.

May

We commemorated Mother's Day with a special event in which we recognized the effort, dedication, and commitment of the mothers and caregivers who support the development of our beneficiaries. This event strengthened family bonds and highlighted the fundamental role they play in the upbringing and well-being of children and teenagers.

 June

During this month, we focused on preparing for the end of the school year, supporting the participants in completing their academic activities and reinforcing their motivation to successfully finish the school term. We also carried out organizational and follow-up activities for the end of courses and the evaluation of progress achieved.

 Impact

The activities developed during this period contributed to strengthening coexistence, a sense of belonging, and the motivation of the children and adolescents. They also highlighted the importance of family support and provided continuity to educational processes, fostering adequate preparation for the end of the school year.

We deeply appreciate the support and trust of those who make this project possible. Thanks to their commitment, we continue to create spaces for learning, well-being, and holistic development for our children and adolescents. Their support allows us to continue building opportunities that strengthen their abilities and provide them with better tools for their future.
