Hello Friends!
The past few months have been a whirlwind in regards to our new partnerships with GlobalGiving and the Girl Effect.
As most of you remember, last November we were fighting to secure our place on Global Giving while simultaneously competing to become one of the Girl Effect's 12 featured organizations for the year of 2013.
Just in case you missed the big news, WE DID BOTH! That's all thanks to you! Through these two campaigns we raised $20,605!! And that was just November!!!
Right now, the money you donated is helping run our two-year program in Ghana for 20 marginalized young women and their babies. Our women are currently taking elective courses in order to introduce them to potential jobs they can pursue after graduation, as well as taking classes in math and basic english.
We are so overwhelmed by the love and support we've seen in the past few months and are very excited to continue to share our expansion with you!
