We can’t thank you enough for standing by us and believing in our little rescue. Because of your kindness and support through GlobalGiving, we were able to expand our outdoor enclosure — giving our cats more room to breathe, play, and feel safe. Every bit of progress we make happens because of people like you who care about the ones others forget.

Recently, we took in a heartbreaking little family — a mom and her three babies who were abandoned together in a crate at one of our offsite feeding areas. Once they arrived, we found out Mom was pregnant again, and her kittens were having seizures. Their medical costs have been overwhelming, but we’re doing everything we can, and they’re hanging in there. Having more space and better facilities means we can keep helping families like theirs when no one else can.

Since starting this project, we’ve adopted out eight cats into loving homes and taken in fifteen more. All but three of those are almost ready for adoption once they’re fully vetted and fixed, and we’re hopeful they’ll be home by Christmas! We also expect to take in at least twenty more before the year ends. To keep saying “yes” when a cat needs help, we urgently need to finish our winterized enclosure — a safe, warm space with isolation cages for recovering cats, heat, insulation, and running water. This would let us help at least 30 cats comfortably through the cold months.

Winter hits hard here, and January is right around the corner. If you can, please consider donating to help us finish this next phase before the coldest weather sets in. Every dollar helps keep a cat warm, safe, and one step closer to a forever home.

With love and gratitude,
