Progress:
Yulianis has great skills in artistic areas, shown in presentation of theater and dance, through the support network, achieving the child discipline and responsibility.
The girl manages to be promoted to second grade basic, requiring leveling in the areas of Spanish language and natural sciences.
Yulianis likes to do homework and participate in level activities, although spreads easily.
She maintains an adequate state of nutrition for all anthropometric parameters, has normal physical signs and good food consumption.
Care Plan:
Link the mother in the process. Access to specialist care to define possible neurological diagnosis.
Strengthen self-concept and positive and negative concerning family and social level, through interventions.
Motivate to continue her participation in social networks, strengthening her artistic skills.
Motivate to continue efforts and achieve good academic performance.
