Last week, 28 Arizona students were enthralled to engage in our simulated learning facility, JA Finance Park®. Upon their arrival, the students eagerly developed and managed their own personal budgets, ultimately becoming self-sufficient and responsible “adults for a day.” Your charitable gift was the driving force behind the impact of this program and has enriched the lives of these Arizona students.

By providing Arizona’s youth with an economic educational program, you have given them the opportunity to own their economic success through various practices and activities, involving personal financial planning and understanding the principles of budgeting. The combination of these lessons has provided a pathway for these students to a successful future by instilling confidence in their own abilities. At a cost of $17.85 per student, Junior Achievement of Arizona was able to reach to reach 28 Arizona students, fulfilling the fundraising goal of $500.00 needed for this program.

On November 14, 2012, 28 students from Phoenix Collegiate Academy visited the JA Finance Park facility. During their visit, they explored the free enterprise system, which propelled them toward work readiness and career success, giving them a sense of empowerment and control over their future lives as working adults. Your contribution has helped these students understand the importance of personal finance, but has also reached a high-need, underserved student community. Junior Achievement of Arizona wishes to thank you for your charitable gift. We are deeply grateful for your belief in our organization and, most importantly, your belief in the boundless potential of our youth.
