This microproject will provide 10 wheelchairs to people with disabilities who cannot afford them. The wheelchairs will help recipients move more freely, attend school or work, visit health facilities, take part in community life, and complete daily tasks with less dependence on family members or caregivers.
Many people with disabilities cannot afford wheelchairs and must crawl, remain indoors, or depend on relatives for movement. It can also cause injuries, isolation, missed opportunities, and heavy physical demands on family members who carry or assist them daily.
The microproject will purchase and distribute 10 wheelchairs to people with disabilities who cannot afford mobility aids.
