The Muwakhat Foundation is dedicated to assisting registered homeless families by providing essential support such as food, warm clothing, and education. Since its inception in July 2017, the organization has been serving 1580 families in Lahore and its surrounding areas. Annually, the Muwakhat Foundation conducts distributions of clothing during the winter season, Christmas, and Eid. This winter, thanks to the generous contributions from donors on GlobalGiving, over 143 families, along with their children, received warm clothing. The organization also distributed blankets, warm clothes, and eggs to children as part of its ongoing efforts to support homeless families since 2017. As the Chairperson of the foundation, I, Tabinda, extend my heartfelt gratitude to all the generous donors on GlobalGiving. Without their support, none of this would have been possible. We humbly appeal to our donors to continue supporting our upcoming projects, particularly the provision of Eid clothing for children and dry rations for Eid, a Muslim festival. Your contributions make a significant difference in the lives of those in need.
