Hi,
We are very happy to update you on the progress of the construction work of "Vocational Center for Disabled Youth in India" in the campus of Anugraha Special School Bhudhawadi, Bharne, Khed, Ratnagiri, India. We have completed the RCC work of the whole building amounting 7000 sq. ft. We could also complete the brick work and partition of the class rooms. Fifty percent of the Plastering work is over which is mostly in the inner part of the building. Work of the safety tank together with floor work of two class rooms also got completed.
The remaining pieces of work are Plastering (50%), Flooring (75%), Coloring (100%), Fitting of doors and windows (70%), Plumbing (50%), Electrical fittings (100%) and Furnishing (100%).
Though this project is slow paced, we are pretty sure that it will achieve the objectives set and we will complete the project within stipulated time to help the disabled youth in this area. The major block affects the progress of the project is mainly shortage of finance. We are extremely thankful to the generous and thoughtful donors who have contributed to this wonderful project to empower the disabled youth. Hope you will talk about this project to your friends too. We look forward to your continuos support.
We thank GlobalGiving for giving us this opportunity!
