At Kalam Public School in Hoskote, Karnataka, young children from underprivileged backgrounds dreamt of better futures. They yearned for a place where they could feel the warmth of love and care and where they could experience the joy of learning and playing. They craved the simple things in life that many of us take for granted, like a comfortable chair to sit on, a sturdy desk to work at, and a safe space to play and make friends.
As part of Bhumi's employee giving campaign with Qualcomm, we were able to spread joy to 60 tiny tots by fulfilling their wishes. The Employee Champions of Qualcomm contributed and supported in the distribution of Bhumi’s Joy to the World Campaign by mobilizing Rs. 1,43,000/- which was utilized to procure and set up the following:
