This project tackles the isolation and hardship faced by flood-affected communities in Thessaly during Easter. Elderly residents may spend the holiday alone, families struggle to rebuild homes and afford a proper meal, children in poverty miss out on holiday joy, and those in extreme hardship lack essentials. By addressing these challenges, the project ensures dignity, warmth, and inclusion for vulnerable individuals and families.
This microproject solves the problem by providing direct, tangible support to those most affected in Thessaly. Elderly residents receive Easter candles to combat loneliness, children get gift packages to share in holiday joy, families receive ingredients for a traditional Easter meal, and vulnerable individuals get supermarket vouchers for essentials. These targeted actions restore dignity, warmth, and inclusion, ensuring no one faces Easter in isolation or need.
With your contribution we will be able to provide humane living conditions to our beneficiaries & provide them with decent solutions to their most urgent needs.
