This micro-project will support the treatment and rehabilitation of all the rescued birds who were injured, orphaned and lost their habitats due to the cyclone 'Tauktae' in Ahmedabad on 18th May.
'Tauktae' ,one of the deadliest cyclone made landfall in Gujarat on 18th May'21, This cyclone has destroyed natural habitat for many species of birds and animals. At Jivdaya we have received a huge number of injured(fracture, broken wing, head injury), orphaned, traumatized birds who lost their home due to this natural calamity. Through this project we will provide treatment and rehabilitation to all these injured feathered friends and leave them back to the nature after their complete recovery.
We are trying to raise fund through this microproject to provide necessary treatment including various surgeries, post surgery care, rehabilitation to all the birds who are effected by this devastating cyclone. We will set up a dedicated team ,equipment & facilities to provide specialized care for these injured birds. Also, upon their recovery we will release them to their natural habitat.
Every species of animals & birds play a huge role in our ecosystem. This Microproject will help us to protect many species including a few threatened & endangered one. In preset scenario we are rapidly losing our wildlife due to many reasons. through this project we are trying to save as many of them as possible to create a healthy balance in our nature and ecology to save the nature and mankind.
