Vani lost her mother at a younge age. Through hard work, she completed STD X and XII and also secured admission in an Engineering College in Hyderabad. Your support will help her continue her Engineering. She scored a GPA of 7.8 in the first two years of her Undergraduate studies. Your support will help her realize dreams of a successful professional life.
Vani lost her mother in childhood and was supported by Sphoorti until STD X. With support of friends and a campaign on Global Giving, we were able to fund her STD XI and STD XII in a Junior College in Hyderabad. She is studying Engineering 3rd Year in a good Engineering College (BTech CSE).
This project solves the problem by providing Vani comprehensive care, shoes, school bags, uniforms, lunch box, travel costs, health care and required material to study well. Most importantly, it will provide her financial resources to pursue Engineering. She will concentrate on her studies instead of worrying about monetary issues.
The project will provide education to 200 first generation school going girls and help them attain high school education at the least. Beneficiaries who complete school to secondary level are supported with higher education, training, apprenticeships and/or employment. About 150 families (750 people) will be direct and indirect beneficiaries of this initiative.
