During this project, the mothers and grandparents could learn about basic computing such as: surfing the Internet and searching documents and images, having an email, sending and receiving messages, the importance of social media.
The digital inclusion courses are given in a digital training center in the down town in Mexico City.
For this group of women and grandparents, it was their first approach with technology issues, so they were excited and happy to see that they can continue to learn and use technology to get closer to their families, which increases their self-esteem and confidence in the use of these valuable digital tools achieving great motivation in their life.
