Your support will help Keerthi's efforts to become a Chartered Accountant. Keerthi comes from a very poor family. With great difficulty, she was able to reach Inter stage of the CA course. Now, she needs your help to register for Final examinations and take coaching for the subjects. Keerthi's success will change the lives of her parents who have very low-paying jobs.
Keerthi is a very bright student but is very poor. Father is a server in a hotel while mother sells flowers. She wishes to be a Chartered Accountant and contribute to society. She completed the Intermediate examination in November and wants to prepare for the Final Stage. This project will provide the funds needed for Keerthi to register for the examinations and take coaching for the subjects for final stage of the Chartered Accountancy certification and become a Professional Account
Families with limited funds to educate their children focus on sending their boys to school, and many girls drop out because their parents cannot afford to to pay for education. Keerthi stopped studies after Intermediate. With support from Sphoorti, she started studying again and completed CA Inter. With your financial support, she can now register for Final exams and pay for necessary coaching. Registration Fee = Rs 22500 Coaching Fee = 8 subjects x Rs 7000 = Rs 56,000
The project will provide education to 200 first generation school going girls and help them attain high school education at the least. Beneficiaries who complete school to secondary level are supported with higher education, training, apprenticeships and/or employment. About 150 families (750 people) will be direct and indirect beneficiaries of this initiative.
