Supporting Ukrainian mothers and children

Dearest friend,

War is brutal. It is mentally and physically draining and damaging and especially vulnerable are children.
Romi's Way is run by mothers and women who work with children, and we know empathy is a superpower that can produce good actions. In order to support, financial support was needed, and we are so grateful for you kind and generous people who have donated to our microproject.

I am delighted to inform you, your donations have allowed us to partner with a Polish foundation called Moc Przyszlosci, established by Diana Dembicka Maczka. Together we are supporting up to 1050 evacuated orphans from the East and South Ukraine. They are currently staying in the Lviv district and as you can imagine their needs are endless. Your kind donation has helped them to receive nutritious meals, essential clothes and other basic supplies.

We are looking to provide some photo-stories in August, and these can be seen under our other project (Supporting 200 vulnerable mothers and children). Under this project, we continue to fundraise for the Ukrainian orpahns and share some photo/video updates also, so if you wish to extend your support to these children, please donate under that project.

Lastly, we would like to note, that 100% of the donated funds have been directed to Moc Przyszlosci foundation and purhcases of meals, clothing and supplies for the children, so none has been used towards our costs, salaires or for other expenses. We felt this is an important thing to mention for this project.
