Support A Girl Child


This microproject will change the destiny of an orphan girl child by providing for comprehensive care including food, clothing, education and health care for one year.

About the Girl Her father is a laborer. Her mother died in an accident 6 years ago. She has been staying in our premises since 2013 in Sphoorti. She studies in a local Government School. This project will help us protect the girl child from 1. being a child sex worker 2. being a victim of trafficking 3. child marriage 4. illiteracy and unemployment for life 5. child laborer subject to untold exploitation and suffering


Your support can solve the problem by providing the girl child shelter, timely education material, shoes, school bags, uniforms etc to study well and attend school regularly. The girl child can look forward to continuing her education while enjoying a safe and secure childhood in our premises.

Long-Term Impact

Each day, Sphoorti gets requests for admission of children who lost parents in tragic situations. This project provides long-term support 200 children allowing them to break out of illiteracy and poverty. It project brings improvement of children's health, awareness of their rights and makes them more employable in the long run.
