Every dollar you contribute on July 17th will bring us closer to: Clean Water for 50 Children: Ensuring healthier lives and reducing the risk of waterborne illnesses. More Time for Learning: Children won't have to fetch water, freeing them for school and play. Improved Hygiene: Vital for preventing the spread of diseases within our community. Support for Our Sustainability Efforts: Ensuring our animals, integral to our farming, also have water.
At Another Hope Children's Ministries, the well on our premises, our primary water source, is currently broken. This means 50 vulnerable children, our dedicated staff, and the animals under our care are without immediate access to clean, safe water. It's a daily struggle, forcing us to spend precious time fetching water from distant, often unsafe sources, and posing significant health risks to everyone.
We urgently need USD 593 to repair our well. This isn't just about fixing a structure; it's about restoring a lifeline. Repairing it will ensure consistent access to clean water for drinking, cooking, and hygiene, drastically improving health, dignity, and freeing up time for the children to focus on their education.
1) Higher Literacy Levels in the community 2) Improved Health 3) Fairly Distributed access to Education for both boys and girls 4) Fewer cases of Destitute and abandoned children 5) Widespread engagement in economically viable activities 6) Economic empowerment of women and girls
