Sponsor Nutritious Meal for 150 Street Kids

We have been getting your valuable generous support through GlobalGiving and we are thankful to you from the core of our heart.

Poverty is a curse of street & slum child which keeps him bereft of basic infrastructure of life as inadequate food, cloth and shelter. Most of the homeless and nomad children don't get meal for two times in a day, also they live at road side and wear rags. Some of these families live in shack and slums and they somehow manage meal for a day, but sometimes they don't even get it. Similarly, children live in these slums have tough life full of hardships. Having delicious food and dishes mere a dream for them. Some of these children do labour and some beg to manage one meal in a day. These children depend on others for food and are always in hope to get some help from others.

Global Giving Foundation and donors came forward to help such poor and needy children. Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan, with the support of Global Giving Foundation, distributed packets of nutritious food among nearly 150 poor street & slum children in different localities. In Kotra, Gulabbari, beawar road, GCA, a distant place from the city, biscuits, chocholates, cake, cream rule, food packet, toys and soft toy, Dress and delicious dishes were distributed to poor children. All children were happy and excited and enjoyed these stuffs and danced with joy. All of them were so happy.

In this order, Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan, with the support of Global Giving Foundation, toys, also distributed packets of nutritious food, waffers, sweets, snacks, chocholate, etc. to 30 poor street & slum children at Luhar Basit, a slum near Madar Fatak, NH-8 and Nuriyawas, a remote village each.

Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan, with the financial support of Global Giving Foundation and the donors, distributed various food items to more than 150 poor street and slum children. All of them were so happy to get food items as they have thought these sort of food items in their dreams only. Children ate these stuffs to the full satisfaction and expressed their joy and happiness by singing song and dancing. A little girl was absolutely ecstatic as she had never had such delicious food. The activists of Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan had some words with all children. They came to know about discomfort of a girl among them. In her words,

"My name is Vimlesh and I am 14 years old. I live in Luhar Basti. I am an orphan since childhood and live a nomad life. I collect garbage and manage two meals for a day by it, but sometimes, I am not even so lucky to get it. I had nothing since yesterday as I didn't fell well. I got relief from hunger by having delicious food given by Global Giving Foundation and Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan which I ate to the full satisfaction. Now I fell well for which I thank to Global Giving Foundation and all donors also Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan. Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan gave me some woollen clothes to get protection from cold and I thank for the same."
