Dear Project Supporters,

We greatly appreciate your support that provided students in Sierra Leone with a new solar light, making studying at night possible. These solar lights are providing safe, renewable, and environmentally friendly lighting and they eliminate the unsafe and hazardous Kerosene lanterns that have caused fires, damage, and even deaths.

Emmanuel is one of the students who has recently received a solar light. He is in Junior Secondary School 3 (JSS 3) at Bishop Jane Middleton High School.  He enjoys reading and is hoping to become a medical doctor when he grows up.  You can also see Emmanuel showing us how his solar light helps him study at night in this video.

Thank you for making a difference in Emmanuel’s life and others who have received a solar light- making studying at night safe and reliable.

With great appreciation,

Amy
