Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan is running several projects and programs for women empowerment and women self-employment. As the organization create opportunities to make poor and deprived women employed through skill development training for which Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan maintains the quality of skill development training.
Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan, with the financial support of GlobalGiving Foundation, has organized beauty parlour training where 20 poor and deprived girls and women are getting training for beauty parlour work. In order to maintain the standard of training, Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan, with the support of GlobalGiving Foundation has installed modern techniques and equipments which enables the trainees to learn to operate new machines as well. The organization has bought hair dryers and machines for pedicure, pedicure, saloon chair, etc. for the beauty parlour training. These machines and tools have enabled the trainess to learn the skills.
Palak, the master trainer of the training told that the machines are very useful for the trainees that has enhanced the standard of the training. The trainees are getting quality training in less time. All trainees will definitely become employed in the near future.The master trainer and the trainees of beauty parlour training thank Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan and GlobalGiving Foundation from the bottom of the heart.
