Thank you so much for contributing to a "Seizure-Reponse Dog for Amber". I am happy to report that Amber and Richter Roo met earlier this month and are now working as a team. Amber spent 2 weeks in Nebraska working long days in numerous public settings to become familiar with how to handle Richter and care for her.
Amber and her family state what a blessing it is to have Richter. Richter has been trained to Amber's specific needs when responding to her seizures.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart. To date, The Chelsea Hutchison Foundation has provided 54 grants for seizure-response dogs across the United States. By donating to this project, you have truly made a difference in young girl's life.
