Thank you for contributing to this project. Simba is still in training for Addisyn and the plan is for him to finish in February, 2015. The trainer reports that Simba is extremely smart and excels in all of the training. As you can imagine, Addisyn and her family are anxious for this team to be together, but training can't be rushed!
Please feel free to visit our other projects. We have many we are raising funds for at this time. Here are a few of our other similar projects.
In addition, CHF is committed to sending 10 families to participate in Epilepsy Awareness Day at Disneyland Resort on November 6, 2014. Last year we were priviledged to send (2) families who may not otherwise have ever had the opportunity to show their children Disneyland. The day was life-changing for those families and as a result, has surrounded with them a wonderful community of support. The stress seizures and epilepsy bring to familes is overwhelming so this is just one way CHF is granting comfort and hope to those who struggle on a daily basis with seizures. Here is a link to that project if you are interested in knowing more.
