Thanks so much for supporting Nepal earthquake survivors like Anish.
Anish is 6 and he’s a survivor of two Nepal earthquakes. Anish lives with his family in Kalangsa village in Hagam, Sindhupalchok. Anish’s school was destroyed in the first earthquake and Anish and his classmates also lost their school supplies and desks. This meant that they’ve been really struggling in class.
But now because of your generosity, we’ll be able to provide school supplies for Anish and his classmates. Specifically your support will provide durable clipboards for 700 kids, including Anish, in Hagam, Sindhupalchok. These clipboards will provide a simple, yet effective, writing surface while they don’t have desks.
This may seem like a simple gesture, but these school supplies will allow Anish and his classmates to receive an effective education. This will allow them to learn the skills they need to build bright futures.
We’ll send you updates about how your gift is changing the lives of Anish and his classmates, right here on GlobalGiving. Should you ever have any questions about how we’re using your donation, please don’t hesitate to email Andy@IDVolunteers.org. We’d love to hear from you!
One last time, thanks so much for giving Anish and his friends back their education.
