Dear friends,
thank you for supporting kids with cancer during the Covid-19 emergency.
Maksym, the boy you see in the picture, is taking his regular PCR test with his mom in the private laboratory. Sure, he may have gone to the state laboratory but there he would have to wait for the result a week or even two. He couldn’t wait so long to start chemotherapy while cancer was killing him. That’s why we help low-income families who cannot afford private laboratories to receive fast PCR test results and begin life-saving treatment immediately.
Also, thanks to your contributions, we were able to continue supporting our beneficiaries and hospitals where they receive treatment. We provided them with the required personal protection equipment and disinfection during two monthly lockdowns in Ukraine and beyond.
Thank you for your help! Your contributions make it possible to respond to kids’ needs during Covid-19 pandemic.
Wishing you and your loved ones health,
Iana and Zaporuka Team
